Customer Support Director

Location: Remote

Type of contract: Full-time

Your mission

You will manage all customer support questions

​

You will investigate for potential user fraud

​

You will liaise directly with customer and manager to report weekly on support requests

​

You will escalate some of the requests to the technical team, in order to improve the software and provide updates.

Your profile

With at least 2+ years experience managing customer support, you are fluent in English and can converse with S-based customers

​

You know desk tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk

​

You are used to investigate fraud attempts
